We're listening.

Each year, as part of our commitment to provide the best possible experience and care, we ask our Residents for their feedback. This year, we’re pleased to extend our survey to the family members of our residents. We recognize what a challenging this year has been for you and your loved one, and now more than ever we want to ensure your voice is heard. Our teams are always listening and acting on resident and family feedback, and our Voice of the Resident & Family survey is another important way to hear from you.

Recognizing that this hasn’t been a typical year, we made some changes to this year’s survey to reflect the environment we’re currently in. In addition to the questions traditionally included around day-to-day living, we have also included questions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We don’t know when things will return to ‘normal’ or when we’ll go back to life as we knew it, but sharing your feedback is the best way to help us continually improve the services, programs and experiences offered to you/your loved one.
