Revera to transition management of retirement residence operations

Revera is shifting its focus to ownership of senior living real estate and will transition out of the operational management of retirement residences.
Subject to customary regulatory approvals, the operational management of Revera Retirement residences will transition to experienced, respected Canadian-based senior living operators Cogir, Levante Living and Optima Living.
It is business as usual at our Retirement residences. There are no changes to our home level leadership teams, no changes to staffing levels, and this does not affect union rights under applicable collective agreements. Our residents will continue to receive great care and services from the dedicated team members they have come to know and respect.
Revera together with Cogir, Levante Living and Optima Living are committed to ensuring these transitions are seamless, with resident comfort, safety, and wellbeing at the centre of planning.
