Terms and Conditions
Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms and Conditions”), new customers (each, a “Resident”) who move into a Revera Retirement Residence between May 15, 2023 and December 31, 2023 (the “Term”) will receive their first month of residency free of Accommodation Fees and Hospitality Fees (together, the “Fees”), (the “Offer”):
This offer is conditional upon:
a. the Resident entering into Revera's standard form of Residency Agreement during the Term;
b. the Resident taking possession of the rental suite during the Term (regardless of whether the Resident takes physical occupancy of the suite during the Term); and
c. the term of the Resident’s residency lasting at least three (3) months from the date the Resident takes possession of the suite (the “Minimum Stay”).
The first month free of Fees will be credited to the Resident’s account on or about the day that the Resident takes possession of the rental suite, in a manner satisfactory to Revera in its sole discretion. Should the Resident terminate their tenancy with an effective date that is prior to the last day of the Minimum Stay, Revera shall invoice the Resident for the Fees which shall be paid by the Resident in accordance with the payment option chosen by the Resident in their Residency Agreement.
The LiveWell/Care Theme Fee and Optional Services Fee are not included in this Offer.
This is non-transferable and has no cash value. It is a stand-alone offer and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
This offer expires on December 31, 2023, unless terminated earlier by Revera in its sole discretion.
This offer does not apply to existing Revera residents.
This Offer does not apply to (i) licensed Designated Supportive Living suites at Revera Retirement Residences in Alberta; (ii) licensed Residential Care suites at Revera Retirement Residences in British Columbia; or (iii) any Revera multi-level homes including Blenheim Community Village, Brierwood Court, Brierwood Gardens, Harold & Grace Baker Centre, Iler Lodge, Riverbend Place, Summit Place, Telfer Place, The Village Seniors Community, Trillium Court, and Village on the Ridge.
This Offer may only be redeemed once by (i) an individual or (ii) individuals sharing a rental suite upon move-in.
These Terms and Conditions, including the Offer, shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Resident’s Residency Agreement and, to the extent there is any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence. All capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out in Revera’s standard form of Residency Agreement.
By accepting this Offer, the Resident represents that he/she has read and fully understands these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
