Our Leadership

Thanesh Yogarajah joined Revera in 2019 and provides oversight and strategic leadership to Revera Canada’s FP&A, accounting, revenue management & data analytics, tax, treasury and accounting teams, as well as the strategic sourcing function. Thanesh previously held various finance, strategy and operations roles with LifeLabs, and brings more than 20 years of experience in the market research, retail, consumer industrial and healthcare sectors.

Thanesh is focused on aligning the strategic direction of Finance to support great operations. Originally drawn to Revera by personal experience supporting seniors, he believes having an operations and customer-centric perspective in decision-making supports both quality and performance, which ultimately benefits residents, employees and stakeholders.

Thanesh graduated from the University of Toronto’s Management Program and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations, and has served on the Financial Liaison Committee of the Ontario Long Term Care Association.
