As Chief People Officer, Mark leads Human Resources and Communications for Revera’s Retirement and Long Term Care managed business. In his more than 10 years at Revera, Mark has played a key role in building the organization’s HR function and culture and has led some of the organization’s most important initiatives during his tenure. Mark is a trusted counsellor, who puts people at the centre of everything Revera does.
Prior to joining Revera in 2010, Mark worked in a broad range of Human Resource Management areas in multiple industry sectors, including transportation, financial services, and retail.
Mark is an active member of several industry panels and professional associations.
