Since joining Revera in 2010, Kim has played a pivotal role in the organization’s Legal team as a trusted advisor and counsellor on a range of priorities, including advancing Revera’s Long Term Care redevelopment program. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as health care regulatory matters.
A lawyer for nearly 20 years, Kim practiced law in the real estate group at Torys LLP prior to joining Revera. She holds an LLB and MBA from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Waterloo.
