Since joining Revera in 2015, Brooke has helped drive operational excellence, strategic priorities and resident experience in both Long Term Care and Retirement. As Vice-President, Strategic Operations & Emergency Response, she led operations at Revera’s long term care homes across Canada and was a core driver of the organization’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She also supported the opening of Revera’s first redeveloped long term care home. She transitioned to Retirement in 2022, leading strategic operations and supporting a diverse team of over 7,000 team members dedicated to delivering exceptional care and more living to seniors.

A values-driven team leader and mentor, Brooke’s more than 20 years of healthcare experience includes senior roles at LifeLabs, Cira Medical Services, and MediSys Corporate Health.
