For over 10 years, Revera and 3M have been close clinical and program development partners in creating a comprehensive Wound & Skin Care Program that serves as one of Revera’s signature programs in Revera Long Term Care and, more recently, in Revera Retirement residences as the Skin Health Program. The program incorporates best practices for promoting good skin health, as well as for the prevention of skin breakdown and the treatment of both acute and chronic wounds. Working together, Revera and 3M continually strive to increase the quality of Resident care; build nursing and medical knowledge, skill and expertise; and ultimately enhance the lives of Residents living in Revera long term care homes and retirement residences.
