In 2000, when Tracy was starting her career, she found work as a night shift caregiver at an assisted living residence in Oregon. “At 20, I thought it would just be a job; 10 years later, I was running the building. This is my second home.”

Her progress, says Tracy, shows how opportunities open up at Revera. Over the years, she was trained in everything from the kitchen to housekeeping to activities. She took on increasing responsibilities, eventually rising to Assistant Executive Director, and then to Executive Director in 2010.

“It has been an amazing experience,” Tracy says. “Revera promotes from within first, always looking at the internal team. They believed in me and moved me up – and I’m not stopping!”

After 18 years here, Bryan is as enthusiastic as ever about Revera’s direction. “We continue to achieve great things,” says Bryan, Executive Director at a Revera retirement residence.

Bryan, who started his career as Supervisor of Food Services, is impressed with Revera’s balanced focus on retirement living, long term care and home care, and with the leadership of CEO Jeff Lozon. “As the company grows, Jeff continues to build a great team,” he says.

Though he has seen many changes over the years, one thing has remained consistent – the nurturing workplace environment: “What keeps me here are the opportunities, and the great people that I’m lucky to work with.”

When Denis began his career with Revera, he probably didn’t envision his career path.

When Denis began his career with Revera, he probably didn’t envision his career path. “I started as a chef in the kitchen, and moved all the way to an upper management role.”

Denis went from chef at a retirement residence to Food Service Supervisor, and rose to Executive Director at several residences. Today, he is Regional Director of Operations. “There are lots of opportunities at Revera,” says Denis. “The possibilities for growth are endless.”
