Food Guides
- Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating. Developed by Health Canada, describes the recommended choices and suggested amounts from the four food groups. Review the Food Guide.
- The U.S. government recently introduced MyPlate, a new food icon that will replace the MyPyramid image as the government’s primary food group symbol. MyPlate is an easy-to-understand visual cue to help consumers adopt healthy eating habits consistent with the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Visit www.ChooseMyPlate.gov.
