Admissions to long term care are made by referral from agencies in the provinces where Revera operates.

These agencies can help:
  • Clarify care needs
  • Explain available choices
  • Make connections to appropriate services and providers in your community 
  • Arrange for admission to a long term care home
  • Determine your eligibility for government-funded services and support
Alberta

To help sort out the options, Revera offers a 24-hour information line at 1-877-929-9222. This free service is staffed by trained professionals who can provide key information about long term care.
