Health Risk Assessment and Screening Clinics
Revera promotes healthy lifestyles by providing assessments, screenings and education that focus on early detection and prevention.
By measuring total blood cholesterol, blood pressure and pulse, blood glucose level, and body fat, our nurses can provide individuals with a snapshot of their overall health and cardiovascular risk profile. They can review risk factors and provide prevention recommendations and education (e.g., diet, benefit of exercise) to support optimal health and wellness.
Foot Care Clinics
We can provide professionally certified foot care nurses skilled in treating the most common as well as complex foot problems. Services include inspection and assessment, foot soaks, nail cutting, foot skin care, foot massage, foot exercises, education regarding strategies to reduce foot pain and advice on footwear and shoe fitting. Clinics can be provided in a variety of settings.
Immunization Clinics
Our nurses have the knowledge and expertise as well as all the necessary equipment to safely and successfully hold flu vaccine clinics in a variety of locations throughout the community. They can also conduct customized vaccination clinics (e.g., hepatitis A and B, human papillomavirus [HPV], and meningitis).
